We proudly deliver our custom storybooks and premium gift boxes across all serviceable pin codes in India.

The Production Timeline

Every DearStory is crafted from scratch.

• Once you submit your photos and memories, our design phase and revision process begins.
• After you give us your final digital approval, the physical printing, binding, and quality-check process takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

The Shipping Timeline

Once your storybook leaves our facility in West Bengal, transit times vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: Typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: Typically 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Overall, you can expect your complete order to arrive within 10 to 15 days from the moment you share your story details with us.

Unforeseen Delays

While we pride ourselves on punctuality, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Deliveries may experience slight delays during national holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected courier network disruptions. We will always keep you updated and provide a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
